72 hours. Our sourdough is double-fermented for a minimum of seventy-two hours. That's how it gets crisp on the outside, light on the inside, easy to digest. Most places ferment for ten.

Caputo flour. San Marzano tomato. Straight from Italy. We added our own aged starter, threw in bold flavours from somewhere louder. The love child of Naples and the Big Apple.

No commission. Order direct and we keep more, you pay the same. We deliver ourselves through our own in-house kit — handmade, hand-delivered, dough to door.
